How Participation Works

The ShopXpert Referral Program is not an open affiliate system. It’s a structured, transparent program built for professionals who make meaningful introductions.

STEP 1 - Confirm Participation

Reach out to ShopXpert and let us know you’re interested in participating. We’ll review the fit and provide a referral agreement that outlines how referrals are attributed, validated, and rewarded.

STEP 2 - Introduce a Prospective Customer

Once active, you may introduce qualified manufacturing businesses to ShopXpert. Introductions can be made via direct contact, email or phone.

STEP 3 - Evaluation & Onboarding

ShopXpert manages all communication, demonstrations, onboarding, and support. You are not responsible for selling, closing, or servicing the account.

STEP 4 - Referral Rewards Begin

When a referred company becomes a paying customer, the referral is validated and rewards begin for the first 12 months of their subscription. Rewards can be paid yearly or quarterly. 

STEP - 5  Ongoing Review & Program Integrity

To maintain fairness and transparency, ShopXpert periodically reviews referrals and program activity. This ensures accurate attribution, proper reward calculation, and compliance with the referral agreement.

If multiple parties claim the same referral, ShopXpert reviews the introductions and determines attribution at its discretion. Attribution decisions are final to ensure program integrity and fairness.

• The company is new to ShopXpert.
• The introduction was legitimate and traceable.

To avoid misunderstandings, the referral program:
• Is not an affiliate marketing platform
• Does not reward unqualified or speculative leads
• Does not guarantee conversion or acceptance of any referral
• Does not replace formal reseller or partner agreements

PROGRAM CHANGES & CONTINUITY

ShopXpert may update, modify, or discontinue the referral program as needed to reflect business, legal, or operational changes. Any changes apply prospectively. Referrals submitted under active terms are typically honored according to those terms.

TAX & PAYMENT DOCUMENTATION

Required Information for Payouts

To process referral payments, ShopXpert may require tax and payment documentation from participants, depending on jurisdiction and payout method.
Participants may be asked to submit a W-9 form (or applicable local tax form) before any referral payments can be issued. This information is used solely for tax reporting and payment processing purposes.

Failure to provide required tax documentation may result in delayed or withheld payments until all necessary information is received and verified.

Participants are responsible for reporting referral income in accordance with their local tax laws. ShopXpert does not provide tax advice and recommends consulting a qualified tax professional if clarification is needed.
