How Participation Works
The ShopXpert Referral Program is not an open affiliate system. It’s a structured, transparent program built for professionals who make meaningful introductions.
STEP 1 - Confirm Participation
Reach out to ShopXpert and let us know you’re interested in participating. We’ll review the fit and provide a referral agreement that outlines how referrals are attributed, validated, and rewarded. Participation becomes active once the agreement is signed and approved
STEP 2 - Introduce a Prospective Customer
Once active, you may introduce qualified manufacturing businesses to ShopXpert. Introductions can be made via direct contact, email or phone.
STEP 3 - Evaluation & Onboarding
ShopXpert manages all communication, demonstrations, onboarding, and support. You are not responsible for selling, closing, or servicing the account.
STEP 4 - Referral Rewards Begin
When a referred company becomes a paying customer, the referral is validated and rewards begin for the first 12 months of their subscription. Rewards can be paid yearly or quarterly.
STEP - 5 Ongoing Review & Program Integrity
To maintain fairness and transparency, ShopXpert periodically reviews referrals and program activity. This ensures accurate attribution, proper reward calculation, and compliance with the referral agreement.
