Workstation shows the wrong company logo or jobs

A workstation enrolled under the wrong company keeps that logo and job list. Clear site data for workstation.shopxpert.com, then re-enroll and approve the device.

A browser at workstation.shopxpert.com was enrolled while your session was on the wrong company. The workstation keeps showing that company’s logo and production jobs. Reloading the page does not help. The only menu on the workstation is Settings, and it asks for an admin or team-leader Employee Card or PIN, so floor staff cannot switch companies from there.

Quick fix. Clear site data for workstation.shopxpert.com only in that browser. The screen returns to Workstation Setup. Then enroll again while signed into the correct company and have an admin approve the device.

Why this happens

Workstation enrollment ties the browser to one company. If someone enrolled the device while logged into Company A, the workstation keeps Company A’s logo and job list even after you switch companies in the main app. A normal reload keeps that enrollment. You need to clear this site’s saved data, then enroll again under Company B (or whichever company should own the workstation).

1. Clear site data for the workstation only

Do this on the same browser that shows the wrong logo or jobs. Clear data for workstation.shopxpert.com only so other sites stay signed in.

Chrome

  1. Open a new tab and go to workstation.shopxpert.com (or leave the wrong workstation page open).
  2. Click the padlock (or tune icon) to the left of the address bar.
  3. Click Site settings (or Cookies and site data).
  4. Click Clear data / Delete data for this site, or open More > Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies > See all site data and permissions, search for workstation.shopxpert, and click the trash icon next to it.
  5. Close the tab, then open workstation.shopxpert.com again.

Microsoft Edge

  1. On the workstation page, click the padlock to the left of the address bar.
  2. Open Cookies and site data (or Site permissions) and clear / remove data for this site.
  3. Or go to Settings and more (three dots) > Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data > See all cookies and site data, search for workstation.shopxpert, and remove it.
  4. Close the tab, then open workstation.shopxpert.com again.

Safari on a Mac

  1. Choose Safari > Settings, then click Privacy.
  2. Click Manage Website Data.
  3. Type workstation.shopxpert in the search field, select those entries, and click Remove.
  4. Close the window, then open workstation.shopxpert.com again.

You should see Workstation Setup – Enroll this device (or a similar enroll screen). If you still see the old company logo, repeat the clear steps and make sure you removed only the workstation.shopxpert.com entries.

2. Get a device token in the right company

  1. On a computer, sign into the ShopXpert app as a user who belongs to the correct company (for example Company B).
  2. If you land on Select Organization, pick that company.
  3. Go to Settings > Integrations & Devices > Device Enrollment.
  4. Add or open the device entry for this workstation and copy the device token. Keep the token private.
Your token will look like a long code. Use the one Device Enrollment gives you for your shop.

3. Enroll the workstation again

  1. On the cleared browser, open workstation.shopxpert.com.
  2. On Workstation Setup – Enroll this device, paste the device token.
  3. Click Request approval (or the button that sends the enrollment request).

4. Approve the device

  1. Back in the ShopXpert app, stay in the same company and open Settings > Integrations & Devices > Device Enrollment.
  2. Find the pending request for this workstation.
  3. An admin approves (activates) the device.
  4. Return to the workstation browser. It should show the correct company logo and that company’s production jobs.
Floor staff who only have Settings with an Employee Card or PIN cannot fix the wrong company from the workstation alone. An admin needs to clear the browser (or walk someone through it) and approve the new enrollment.

Still stuck?

If the wrong logo or jobs come back after enrollment, confirm you signed into the correct company before creating the token, and that you cleared workstation.shopxpert.com only (not a different ShopXpert subdomain by mistake). For general browser cache issues on the main app, see How To Fix ShopXpert When It Acts Up In One Browser. For first-time setup steps, see How to Set up a New Device for Workstation Portal.
